Invitations are your guest's first impression of your wedding by giving them a glimpse into your big day. A well-designed invitation creates a certain excitement and thrill and can often be a deciding factor if someone confirms attendance. Yes, your invitations should be a reflection of the couple and the wedding but is also needs to include vital information. A good wedding invitation should include the following:
- Location of the ceremony and reception
- Type of reception (whether it's cocktail, dinner, formal, etc.)
- Date and time
- Dress code or theme of the wedding
- Directions to the location
- Wedding schedule
- Wedding website or registry
- Response or RSVP card
- Inner/outer envelope
